Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, and we'll send your order out the same day for next working day delivery in the UK. Orders placed after 12pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, go out on the next working day. Every order is packed by hand, with care, in our Yorkshire warehouse.
Free UK delivery on orders over £50, or £4.99 on orders under £50. Delivery to Europe is £15 and to the USA is £20.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Items just need to be unused and in their original packaging. Drop us a message first and we'll guide you through it. Once your return reaches us, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

1 year warranty, because we stand behind every strap
Every ISUZI product comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults, from the date you receive it. If something isn't right with the stitching, hardware or materials, get in touch and we'll repair or replace it. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

After years of touring, gigging and working in music distribution, we decided to make something for us: boutique, retro-styled straps designed in the UK and dispatched from our home in Yorkshire.
